Michael Adderley joined Family Guardian in May 2008 as Assistant Vice President, Financial Services Division. In 2010, Mr. Adderley was promoted to Vice-President, Financial Services Division where he has responsibility for the marketing and sales of the ordinary life products.

Lyrone Burrows joined Family Guardian in October 2002 as Group Pensions Manager. From April 2004 to March 2006 he served as Assistant Vice President, Investments. He is a member of the Budget and Investment Committees.

Michael Hanna first joined the company in September 1978 as a Computer Operator. He returned to Family Guardian as Assistant Vice President of Computer Operations in 1998 and was later promoted to Vice President, Information Services in 2003.

Linda Jarrett joined Family Guardian in April 2006 and heads the marketing and administration of the BahamaHealth group of medical plans and Family Guardian's group life, dental and vision, and long term disability product lines.

Stuart Kelly joined the company in September 2000 and previously held the position of Assistant Vice President, Accounts before his promotion to Financial Controller in 2009. Mr. Kelly gives oversight to the continued management of financial and investment proceedings.

Bryinda Carroll joined Family Guardian in September, 2011 as the Assistant Vice-President, Legal and Compliance.
She has responsibility for all legal matters for the FamGuard Group of Companies, in addition to the duties of Corporate Secretary.
