Patricia A. Hermanns President of FamGuard Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Family Guardian Insurance Company, Patricia Hermanns joined the company in February 2003. Mrs Hermanns brings extensive experience in the financial services sector to Family Guardian, having held senior positions in offshore and local banking, investments and insurance.
	Kerry I. Higgs Senior Vice President, Administration, Kerry Higgs, PhD, joined Family Guardian in August 2007 with responsibility for overall provision of shared services, comprising human resources and organizational planning, information technology services and facilities management.
	Lyrone C. Burrows Vice President of Investments, Lyrone Burrows joined Family Guardian in October 2002 as Group Pensions Manager. From April 2004 to March 2006 he served as Assistant Vice President, Investments. He is a member of the Budget and Investment Committees.
	Michael A. Hanna Vice President of Information Services, Michael Hanna first joined the company in September 1978 as a Computer Operator. He returned to Family Guardian as Assistant Vice President of Computer Operations in 1998.
	Linda M. Jarrett Vice President, Group Life and Health Division, Linda Jarrett joined Family Guardian in April 2006 and heads the marketing and administration of the BahamaHealth group of medical plans and Family Guardian's group life, dental and vision, and long term disability product lines.
	Cardinal L. McCardy Vice President, Business Support, Cardinal McCardy joined Family Guardian as Assistant Vice President, Group Operations, in June 1999. In 2002 he was named Vice President, Group Operations.
	Fiona M. McLean Corporate Secretary of FamGuard Corporation Limited, Fiona McClean joined Family Guardian in June 1968 as the Secretary to the Chairman and President. Since then she has also served as Assistant Secretary and Corporate Secretary of Family Guardian Insurance.
